Sehr geehrte Geschäftspartner,

wir möchten Sie über den Wechsel unseres SSL -Zertifikats informieren.

Zeitpunkt der Änderung:
Der Austausch des Zertifikats findet am Donnerstag, den 22.09.2021 um 10:00 Uhr (CET) statt.

Inhalt der Änderung:
Die Gültigkeit unseres SSL-Zertifikats endet am am 26.09.2022.
Aus diesem Grund tauschen wir das Zertifikat aus.
Hinweis für AS2-Kunden: Es handelt sich hierbei NICHT um das Zertifikat zum Signieren und Verschlüsseln der Belege.

Erforderliche Maßnahmen:
Sie müssen nichts tun, wenn Ihr Unternehmen Zertifikate von vertrauenswürdigen Zertifizierungsstellen automatisch akzeptiert. Unser Zertifikat ist von der Zertifizierungsstelle Thawte ausgestellt und wird daher von allen gängigen Systemen als vertrauenswürdig behandelt.

Bitte verwenden Sie das Zertifikat nur, falls notwendig, für verschlüsselte HTTPS- , cXML- oder AS2-Verbindungen.Sie können es über folgenden Link herunterladen:

Wer ist nicht betroffen?
Nutzer des myOpenFactory-Clients/EDI-Connectors sind nicht betroffen. Ebenfalls nicht betroffen sind Nutzer anderer Übertragungswege (wie OFTP2, SFTP, FTP, X.400, SMTP, sowie Nutzer des WebEDI-Portals.

Sollten Sie nicht der korrekte Ansprechpartner sein, bitten wir Sie, diese Nachricht an entsprechende Stelle weiterzuleiten. Für Rückfragen stehen wir jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Dear trading partners,

We would like to inform you about the change of our SSL certificate.

Date of change:
The exchange will take place on Thursday, September 22, 2022, 10:00 CET.

Content of the change:
The validity of our SSL certificate ends on September 26th, 2022.
For this reason we are exchanging the certificate.
Notice for AS2 customers: This is NOT the certificate for signing and
encryption.

Required actions:
You don't need to take any action if your company automatically accepts certificates from trusted certification authorities. Our certificate is issued by certificate authority Thawte and is therefore treated as trustworthy by all common systems.

Please make sure to use the certificate, only if necessary, for encrypted HTTPS, cXML or AS2 connections. You can download the certificate from the following link:

Who is not affected?
Customers using the myOpenFactory client software/EDI connector are not affected. Customers using other transmission protocols (such as OFTP2, SFTP, FTP, X.400, SMTP, or using the WebEDI portal are not affected as well.
